    Well which one would you guys choose if I want to play high DEFINITION games.

    option 2. Vista sucks, but vista home basic is just a kick in the balls.

    how much are you willing to spend on a video card because 128mb wont get you very far

    256mb at least

    They both suck for good quality games. Option one has Vista, therefore using Einstein's theory of relativity, option one sucks most.

    Well is the graphic card in option 2 better than option 1

    Option 2. Vista will eat up your resources. An upgrade to the graphic card shouldn't be very expensive (a Gforce 9500 or a 8600 should be a cheap option - 2nd one cheaper).

    Or go for Option 1 and change the OS to XP
