There should be a reciever that you attach to your comp with USB. Make sure batteries are in the keyboard and mouse.
The receiver should a have a button, press that and then press the connect buttons under the keyboard and mouse.

(fps games like counterstrike are much more difficult with wireless)
To use wireless keyboard mouse.
Each should have have a transmitter thing with them. This transmitter plugs into your usb slot on your pc.
On those transmitters, and on your keyboard/mouse there should be a button on them that says something like 'sync' or 'connect'. On a mouse, it is a small button on the bottom most likely.
So, to get the mouse working:
1. Plug transmitter into your PC
2. Put batteries in the mouse
(turn on PC, let it boot, you can do the next steps as it starts)
3. click 'connect' on the transmitter
4. click 'connect' on the mouse.
-once in windows you can load drivers from the disk that came with them if you want
Might as well do the keyboard the same way at the same time.
There's this circle or oval thingies with flashy lights, u plug it in the computer press the connect button under ur keyboard or mouse, and boom, that's it. I dont think u even need those CDs they gave u.

Kay guys, my mouse cursor speed is too fast ( same in games) how do I slow it down?
what brand do you have?
also look if that brand has drivers for you mouse and keyboard, that should fix it.
Edit: go to config screen in start menu. look for printers and other hardware, select the mouse and then 3rd tab, choose your speed by adjusting that pointer.
Reputation: 34Drivers are the best bet, but like the other poster mentioned, what brand/model do u have?
Or...
go to control panel -> mouse -> pointer option tab
