I'm starting to get real frustrated the combo system is bugged for me , so i cant leval that skill up if i cant leval that one up i cant get my job skills... I have to take a break i might be on later today.

You can change to fullscreen in Options on the launcher.

I created a char now, a knight. IGN is Krilliam because someone is stealing my nickname in games. Alcatis was taken in Mangafighter and SEAL.. srsly, I've been using this name for over 8 years in everything. No, it's not from an anime/popular TV series. It's a name a friend of mine came up with for me when we were roleplaying on a forum and I couldn't find a name.

The screen thing should be on the option at the launcher,
skills are done by opening the hot key bar, ALT+Q and then inserting that you want there.

EDIT: IM gonna turn my first post into an IGN Thread.
