    Default Asthma

    Here's the problem, I can't tell if I have asthma or not and yes, I have consulted with my doctor. But I think he was to lazy to check or something, But anyways help me out :]

    Yesterday while I was doing speed training my chest felt like it was caving in.
    Then I started to have that weezing noise for like a few seconds. Then I felt really dizzy, REALLY dizzy to the point where I had to force myself to walk back to the starting line. Are these symptoms of asthma? Or am I out of shape?

    if you got dizzy you didnt drink enough water, asthma doesnt make you dizzy if im correct?

    As Dr. House would say:

    "stop acting like such an annoying idiot. No one cares if you are a whiner and whatever *problem* you think you have, the answer is always NO."

    You most likely went way over your ideal pulse and put to heavy stress on your circulation and it went into some near-shutdown.
    Eat properly, drink more and do more sports (not right now though, but with building up; Going over your top level can be dangerous, especially if you continue to do it frequently).
    Avoid extreme temperatures, go easy on alcohol.

    Asthma is highly influenced psychosomatic. You should better get in shape, before you talk yourself into having it, because that is likely makeing you really catch it.
