    hi i need a good free recording software that will let me record myself in games the ones i tried and dont like are Gamecam,Fraps, and xfire so plz suggest some for me plz..

    You could try Guncam, there is a trial then you have to buy it, unless you get it by other means (illegally).

    There are a few portable ones but not all are free... Anyway, Infrarecorder is free and should be good enough

    Seconded, fraps is a pretty good program to use.
