    Default Hresult -2147010895. Calling All Pc Gurus

    Wtf is this error? I'm trying to install a software and when it tries to register some modules, it gives me this gay error.

    C:\Program Files\Rapidsolution\Scramby\ScrambyTstSrvPS.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147010895

    I did a quick google search but it only got me to here.

    it seems that Windows Installer (KB893803) is not yet installed on your pc or possibly damaged.
    Could you please verify if it is installed on your pc first? It must be mentionned under "Add/Remove Programs".
