Did jesus really exist?

What do you guys think? There isnt any real historical evidence to back up that he did actually exist.

No historical evidence? Social History is based upon what was written down. So there was this book, it pretty much told the story of his life and influences.

Of course others try to say that the bible is a lie but then (using the same logic) I could also argue that Shakespeare never wrote great plays. Well, it's all a matter of beliefs and thoughts and such. There's not clearcut answer, and if there was, you wouldn't get it from here.
