Well, I started to play War Rock, it's a pretty good game. Whenever I click the battle groups ( The large maps with the vehicles) for the room list, war rock shuts down. Why is this?

no clue, just submit a ticket thing to the warrock peeps on the main page, and tell them your problem. They're usually pretty good about answering within a day or two.

From my experience with the CBT, WarRock is, generally, a badly optimized and poorly maintained game and I hear that with every patch it gets worse.

This may not have anything to do with the problem, but I honestly think you should just get Battlefield 2 instead of WR. It's B2P and of a much higher quality than WarRock.

Also, try signing up for the Team Fortress 2 free weekend this week.

If you insist on WarRock, I recommend you drop by their official forums. From what I've seen of your system specs, you should be able to run it without issues. But as I've said above, the game is badly optimized, and poorly maintained.
