    Why are people here cockily assuming that without eating meat you're not going to get what you need?

    It's fact, scientific fact, that you can get everything your body needs without chewing on skin and flesh. There are supplements you can take to get what you need from meat, without eating meat.

    You can be perfectly healthy without eating animals. Anyone who says otherwise is a moron. I know vegetarians who are strong as an ox.

    And exactly right, do you see any fat, overweight, obese, unhealthy vegetarians? No. Point proven.

    Wasn't saying there weren't supplements, but meat is still a very important source of protein. But there are things like protein shakes, ect.

    But still....

    <3 meat. x3.

    But the OP said veggies make you fat, which in all honesty is bullshit. Correct me if im wrong but eating health veggies actually speeds up your motabilism, therefor increasing the rate at which your burn fat off.

    well i know alot of vegetarians that are fat, real vegetarians that started losing weight when they started eating meat(cause meat is healthy!)

    its all about diet not what you eat for say. you eat a supplement to meat such as beans, you can be healthy, but humans need meat, its not so much about working out if all you eat is meat/vegetables cause then your body doesn't get enough of something and doesn't function properly.

    no offense but your argument is flawed, my aunt almost died cause she didn't get what see needed as a vegetarian. It might be easy to get what you need for YOU but for her she was hospitalized for a year then when she got out was ordered to eat meat lol.

    there are supplements but they dot have everything, a vegetarian diet is very lean, which is dangerous, have you ever seen vegetarians, they look pretty sickly, cause its very hard to get everything you need. I know vegetarians that do it right, but they have to outsource shit from like different country's to get the right stuff. As for people like my aunt you ether eat meat or you die. its that simple. she couldnt outsource cause she had no job either at the time.

    Alot of the Vegetarians i know are some of the most unheathly people i know, not cause they bad but because there body's are dieing slowly cause they just dont know how to be Vegetarians. Again its all about a structured diet.

    I cant talk tho, i eat twisslers and energy drinks for dinner. and double cheese burgers from Macdonald's, drink about 20-30 coke cans a week, i am 110 lb, and prob will have a heart attack at the age of 20. but i know its unhealthy lol, so its fixable... but its just soo good lol.

    we'll see. my weight has been exactly the same for the last 3 years though. not a slightest bit of difference. and i alrdy said i wouldnt mind 30 more kilo's so i'm not rly gonna be screwed if your right. but i'll come back on this once i'm fat =p
