Cash Shoppers have a little bit of advantage, but they deserve it cuz theyre paying the servers so we can play in it. Gotta think about that.

If youre looking for a game with NO cashshop dependecy... then the only thing you can play is MapleStory.

Open PVP ain't soemthing normal in F2p games. Execept, some games have PVP servers ( Tibia, Archlord, RF etc.) other than that it's always daily sieges or weekly sieges ( Sho, Archlord, Rohan) + guild wars ( Cabal, Shaiya etc.) and then there's arenas.

In either case, totaly open PvP is only in Tibia and some P2P games. So, either play Tibia or own your own cash.

Then choose one or the other till you can get a job. You come in here and want us to give you an easy answer. NO game is truly F2P they have to make money some how or all you would be able to do is sit back and watch your brother play AOC. I suggest you:

A. Find a way to get more cash
B Stop boarding and spend the extra money on a P2P game
C. Be happy with what's out F2P wise
D.Quit gaming and move on to something else

Just started playing sho and its pretty fun if you wanna play join the zhao country. Its not to bad grind cos if you finish monsters of with random special moves you get insane Exp (i got 45% exp once for killing a monster that useally gives 5).

I don't blame your brother for not giving you the info, who wants a child playing their game and doing things that are going to get them banned from it? (We've all heard the lil' brother stories).

Also you shouldn't be playing AoC because (iirc) it is 17+. Not that I don't think children can handle the content, it is just because people who buy games like that DO NOT WANT TO PLAY WITH CHILDREN.

I played it, the community is still a bunch of immature douches. 17+ is more of a calling than a warning. It was designed to keep kids away, but with dumb parents and over cocky kids, it does the exact opposite.

Don't you see what they've done there? It's a clever marketing ploy! "Don't play this game younginz! This game is 17+ only!" Here's what they hear. "There's **** and blood in this game! Get your dad's CC and hop on!"
