KOTOR2 or Mass effect?

I'm getting a game, and, my question is...which one is better. Mass Effect, or KOTOR2? I've played KOTOR 1 before and liked it. I know mass effect is better graphic wise (A LOT better at that). Which one is better in terms of storyline, and gameplay?

It depends on the person but I like Mass Effect better, it has a really good storyline (didn't finish KOTOR2 so I don't know about that games story) ME has also better gameplay imo because it doesn't pause every time you see an enemy, it's all in real time.
