i'm looking for a game like u-dominion, land of nevard, shimlar, etc. . . pretty much a game where i dont need stupid ' energy ' or turns to level up and can level whenever i want for as long as i want.

you can level up whenever you want in streetmobster, there are no turns but there is stamina, every crime you commit uses stamina, when your stamina hits zero you buy coffee or beer or soda to recharge it and you just keep going and going and going.
