It plays nothing like Warrock. All you do is play some sort of Counter Strike 1.6 except with graphics worse than 1.6 and some customizable weapons but are unfortunately made useless since anyone can pick your weapon up.
Oh yeah, did I forget to mention that the graphics are worse than 1.6 and have physics worse than Half Life 1?

Its ok. I hate the 3 second spawn invisibility. I know its to help not to get spawn camped but seriously i hate it when someone spawns right in front of you and kills you when you can't hurt them.

The game graphic aint that bad for a free game. I am actually loving it so far. No problem with it, maybe need more maps and weapons and modification.
But cant complain since still in pre-open beta

I'm able to play SotNW:GE in all High with nary a frame skip on my magical underpowered cumpooter; yet when it comes to Combat Arms, I'm running around in a circle of stupidity because I have no idea where I'm going and the max frames per second I'm getting is ten.
