Slowed internet
So recently my internets just been going so slow. Like 70kb/s max. its weird, cause i have cable internet. Its always been around 400-500. I tried turning of my firewall, nothing....i tried reconnecting. Nothing, i even called the company and they said that the services are fine...any ideas on what to do?

My internet was trippin bawls yesterday =(
I called my provider, some fat wad came, in overalls and a sweaty shirt, did some work outside, came in, made my room smell like shit and presto.
It's all good now.
