I doubt the PS3 adds any major extra costs to power bills. If its used less than the T.V, your fine.

I actually heard that PS3 is reasonable for power usage.
Wii for fun with friends, adults can play too, 360 is she is a hardcore gamer? uhm, I doubt this system for an adult.
Ps3 is she will watch movies on it, and is into games...?
I would go with WII, but if she is looking for a DVD-player, Internet, ect, then go with PS3. This is from a 360 user.

Well it pretty much is one, since you can do about 95% of anything with it, right? See now, if Sony actually perfected the ability to install an OS (buggy and slow at times), make the system customizable, and get about a gig of ram in that ****** you have a real computer.

i have both systems and to tell you the truth, my 360 is collecting dusts sitting with fakeza 2 the fake driving simulator, mass eflop the game with crappy framerates and lag, and gaylo 3 the new power rangers. and a bunch of jrpg's that have flop written all over them. while i wished white knight story and other games came out for the 360.
i'm just playing gran turismo 5 prologue from now on while waiting for gran turismo 5 the real driving simulator to come out.
overall i like the 360 better because it's form microsoft, but the ps3 is the better system hardware and software wise. plus the ps3 has all the games out right now while the 360 doesn't have much.
