World of warcraft : account hacked?

Just to see, has anyone else had their account on retail WoW stolen? My family all had their account hacked along with realm list change and they got closed, called blizzard support and it sounds like someone got into the database and tampered with it (it wasn't a keylogger or a phisher, we've checked thoroughly and blizzard said they can't get into their database if its closed, which is a lie because they JUST did it like 2 days ago for one of us)

From all the posts on the WoW forums for this I'm guessing its a big problem their having..anyone else this happened to?

Remember when blizzard told everyone to update their Flash?

Yea,that was why. Their Flash or something got hacked and everyone who signed in during that was keylogged unknowingly

Goodthing i wasnt around till they fixed it

Yes i had my account hacked. I contacted them and they said they were unable to help me because i couldn't login to my account to confirm that it was indeed my account. I even provided all my account information and the response:

"Sorry can't help you!"

I remember when my acct was hacked, i think it was onesbronsons doing he just changed my password and made a stupid level 1 char.

but i called blizzard, waited like..30~mins some guy picked up. they asked me for my acct info, i gave them it and he reset my password and emailed me it. it was so awesome.

Pfft, isn't that the irony with your name and what has happened. Well if the whole WoW comunity is hacked then my level 3 dwalf paladin is gone. NOOOOOOOOO i enjoyed playing as him in the trial not to mention my turian hunter! Who would do such a thing?! Its like the end of the world but worse!!

because on the log in screen they said that everybody needed to update the flash
