I cant change my theme. ...

At first I changed it to the "Razor" theme, which is like a vista theme but black (all)
and now when I click it, it doesnt work at all. Nothing even shows up.

I got the theme, It just revertss back when my computer restarts

have you checked to see that the themes service is running?

go start -> run and type in "services.msc"

go down till you see one call themes and check to see if its status is "started" and its also set to automatic.

that should let you change the computers theme now
