The world’s first pregnant man, technically that is and not because of a beer belly (lol), is Tracy Lagundino, born in Hawaii to a Filipino father and a Caucasian mother. Technically because he legally became a man after undergoing a sex change operation - but kept her female reproductive organs. So of course, she will still get pregnant biologically, it is only her legal status that became male.

At first, I was like "OMFG WTF", but then I read the story, and now I'm more like "ehhhhh. that kid is gonna be ****ed up".
