try taking everything off and then putting on each part one at a time and testing your pc.....you might find the part that isn't working.....
I would say either one of your parts is not working or one of them is not compatible with your motherboard...
if that doesn't work it might be your cpu is not working

did you plug in the pins that goto the case properly?

Most problems come from basic stuff, so i'll say check the connections to the case, check that everything is in place, read the manual if you have it.

There you go, remember when you have a problem always look for the simplest solution, which is usually something physical not plugged in or connected right.
