Well, there's Age of Armor, that game isn't all that good in my opinion.

There is also Zero Online, but that game was complete horse shit once again in my humble opinion.

And there's also Air Rivals, which are planes, that have a gundamy look to them xD

How is Bots, Zero or Age of Armor anything like Exteel?

Anyways, Nah it's not Silver Knights but that looks really cool. Might give that a look. And nah, it wasn't ATC either. Though that was a good game for the little time I got to play it. Someone needs to bring that back.

I don't think the game I'm trying to find was in English if that helps at all.

*double edit* Yeah, nevermind. It's just too crappish of a game to try playin. No mouse support, it's still in trial mode and it's kinda ugly.
