The game is not "too slow" in combat especially when you begin to get all your empowers and so fourth. The game is pretty fun, I've always said the game would be sweet if they merged the two. Now it's done and can enjoy the game even more. =]
Always just enjoyed playing the game kicking back with my gamepad and mic'ing it up.
If your skeptical about the game, Just try the trial period that's what it's there for.
