WoW?

WoW, in my opinoin is still the best MMO ever released. I don't play it anymore, nor do I play any MMO at the moment but heres my opinoin non-the-less.

The reason why WoW is so good, is because it just works. Theres rarely any persistant bugs, graphical errors, glitches, client freeze ups, broken quests, items, mobs, etc etc. Also the game is optimized for low performance computers so you will get good framerate even on lower end computers and amazing framerate and visuals on higher-ends.

Many other MMOs are simply not as stable as WoW so they feel like they always have a problem that takes away from the gameplay. Be it low framerate, lag, broken quests or whatever, WoW is the most "complete, refined and polished" MMO.

Illigal versions of WoW simply are not as stable as Blizzards, thus, they probably wont be nearly as good and probably be boring.

WOW is a fantastic game, in fact I've just reactivated since they are releasing new servers this friday.

And private servers are garbage, I played on the #1 private WOW server and it's crap, half the damn talents don't work, bugs everywhere, awful community... mow some lawns, it's not hard to afford $15 a month.

There is one I believe someone spoke of as a WoW "cough" server that actually had things fixed that were bugged in the real WoW, unless it's been sued/taken down by now that is.

@Topic, Like everyone's already said, play the trial. I played the full thing at a friend's house about a month or two ago and didn't like it at all. I couldn't make it far enough to even be able to write a review about it, hence this impression.

Yeah, one bit my sister's finger when she was pretty young and did some pretty nasty damage to it.

Because of that, I'm not allowed to own any, although to be honest, I find pets annoying anyway. I'm not much of a pet-person.
