Blackshot PvE question

Is Blackshot PvE going to be lobby or around the world like normal mmorpgs? I tried searching for people that Argue about that crap

pretty high system reqs thou...but the best ****ing fps's adventure ive EVER played...you can do mission for money walk around get infected murder hordes of enemies or go rogue, you can also play online and join faction and have faction wars with other ENEMI factons...

Well it's gonna be F2P in the country it's being made so it's probably gonna be F2P when it comes out here.
