    Default BF2 High Ping Issues

    My ping is always at 200 and I get a lot of lag. How do I fix this? I already unblocked the TCP and UDP port things.

    For a specific game I'm assuming?

    Its prolly because the server is hosted too far away from you, so its always going to be like that.

    Or do you mean always in EVERY game?

    are you downloading/updating anything at anytime? if not i recommend picking up a network card. they take the load off the CPU and reduced my ping about 100
