if they really cared about catching the small fry the FBI would have already knocked down my door by now......been around since the internet was young.....

though sometimes they do pick people out of nowhere.......kind of like the highway patrol that just randomly pick a car to pull over since everyone is going 10+ miles over the speed limit.....

The F.B.I. are not concerned about little kids downloading hentai and ****, (divine ) they want to take down Usama! ;/ You'll receive a summons if you're the ringleader so to speak, they care not for the dealings but the dealer.
