I don't really understand...they said they're going to remove the subscription page until 29, but I tried today and I made an account, will I be able to play today or will I have to wait 'till 29th to be able to play for free? o.o

You can get a 35-hour jump start if you signed up under there one week trial. Try logging in, I think all accounts get it when they first sign up.
