i'd prefer a game similiar to doom 3 and halo 2 instead of an army type game. i don't like wide open areas because it's hard for me to find who i'm suppose to kill and wtf i'm suppose to do. & i like games that are fast paced. blow shit up ftw.
a few games i may be interested in:
call of duty 4 - mult-player seems fun. seems similair to battlefield 2, hopefully. although i would probably hate single player because of what i mentioned above.
gears of war - don't know much about it tbh. seems alright from the vids i watched.
orange box - i've tried half life 1 single player and i didn't like it very much so i don't know how i'd feel about half life 2. & team fortress 2 seems fun.
unreal tournament 3 - i luved unreal tournamet 1.
clive barker's jericho - watched a couple videos and it seems okay.
mass effect - maybe?
pros and cons or any opinions on these games would be nice or what anyone thinks would be best for me to get.
well urban terror is fast paced, you can do wall jumps and other tricks like that, when you spawn you can choose all the guns, like fear.
if you just like to plow through levels like a run away semi, then you will love Battlefield Bad company, all the buildings are destructable (not entirely you cant level a playing feild) but all the walls can be blown away, and you can drive vehicals, and its supposed to be like duke nukem (as in the 1 liners)
