    sweating only loses your water wieght its the excessive excercise that makes you lose wieght. example you can exercise so much your body will begain to eat its muscle making you lose even more wieght. its to easy to get sweety to tell you any exercise that wont .just bending left and right will make you sweety.

    Yeah, walking, although you won't lose a lot.

    walking out in the sun will make you sweat. anything thats continous back and fourth type movement makes you sweat.possibly martial art forms slow movement but probly still get sweety doing those for long period time.

    It may sound stupid but the best thing you can do to lose weight without sweating is to watch a nude person from the gender you love ^^ (no magazines but a real person).

    how about walking, or cycling? or doing maths problems. they burn your brain cells! so maybe it helps lose fats. and, who is that clever friend of yours man.

    although you might think im joking about this but im totally serious ...

    have sex in a well air conditioned room for about half hour or more and you'll start burning lots of calories.......make sure your protected dont make secks like an rtard!

    Pilattes (sp?) helps loosen your muscles. I don't know if you'll lose much weight.


    Also weightlifting in a cold room will help you build muscle. When you build muscle your bound to lose some fat.

    I'm pretty sure that is a negative...perspiration is a result of exertion, which is required in any worth-while exercise. If you aren't sweating, you aren't doing enough to lose weight.

    Of course, the number of situps I do in one shot is below 100.

    yeah sit-ups. i do around 60+ and i dont sweat.

    i dont sweat while doing push ups too.

    i sweat like a freakin monkey, but thats because i always work out in the sun, it's so much nicer.

    as for sweating, only one i can think of is swimming :S.

    or become anorexic, it's a sport among models.

    nope, your pretty much always sweating or persperating, smaller amounts than others. you may not see the sweat but your still losing body heat.( prob wrong lol)

    and nah, i dont believe you can exercise without sweating.

    You wouldn't really notice it while swimming, but it still happens, so try that with your friend; see if they believe you.

    And swimming's amazing excersize as well.
