Definetly go NaROSE, since it just went F2P again there are alot of high lvl clerics heliping lowbies out, plus I had better experiences in Rose then in Florensia, but try both, Florensia is nice too.
I kinda like florensia better but I hate the cool down times for potions in it compared to rose. I had to run away from three monsters screaming to myself (oh crap, I aggro'ed one too many!!!). They killed me but I took one out before i died =/. I thought it was pretty funny.
Well I'm playing Florensia right now. Your standard MMORPG, maybe slightly better. Theres this fun feeling I get on flo that I cant atribute to any of the games features, it'll probably dry out eventually though I'd rather it not.
I havn't heard many good comments for Flo, but neither have I heard many backed up negative ones. People who say its crap because its the same as every MMO, imply that every MMO is just as bad.
I'm dling rose again now, but I never managed to get into it before. Well we'll see how it turns out this time.
