    i mean, is it normal that they play ingame?

    btw, which RF Online server are u playing at?

    Community Managers, they manage in-game events, forum events, work with the Marketing team to get new users, etc.

    ANYTHING dealing with players and the community, they control.

    Adding on to Bryan's correct reply:

    They usually go in-game just to help the community out. A lot of times they don't have as much power in-game as GMs do, but they have direct contact making it easy to have people banned.
