    Edit: U can download the game NOW.

    GamesCampus is releasing ASDA Story into Open Beta tomorrow, they are releasing a new website for it today sometime.

    And if u take a survey u can get 10,000 gold yes 10,000 gold...

    Are they aimed toward anime or Japan fans or what?

    Yep it was supposed to come out before ASDA since CB came out a week earlier but OnNet guys are waiting for the japanese developers to fix the "mysterious force" bug preventing you from doing most of the quests (including class change). We still don't know when CB2 will be available...
