I normally keep a large bottle of this on my desk with me while playing games for an extended period of time.
As for eating, I normally try not to eat much while gaming because it gets on my hands and then on my mouse and then it's a pain in the ass. So I normally stick to pretzels.

but as for food....gummy worms and wheat thins....gotta balance the good with the bad
