at 9;30 PM today i got stopped by the cops.

me and 3 of my friends finished smoking a blunt and had about 30 more pieces in our jeans.

the cops stopped and searched us, found a home-made water bong, the 30 piece of bud, and the dutches on our smoking spot. all my friends got fined because of procession for bud.

i didnt because they told me im not over 16.

is the cops being nice to me, or are all underage people like this?

As for cops not doing anything at events, its because they're being paid extra by the event's host as a form of visible security.

Try smoking up outside of Toronto near some cops, watch how fast they arrest you, then take your pot and smoke it infront of you.
