Ok, nvm on my last post.
The basic OpenDNS is completely open and I highly recommend it.
But it looks like they recently put in the option to sign up and configure some network settings.
As for getting around it, depends.
If you are able to clear the dsn server set up in your system, then you just turn it off.
If you are able to, it's in the TCP/IP settings of the network connection thats being used.
If you can't do that, then you can't turn it off or get around of it, short of logging into the account and changing the settings. (or tunneling, but thats above of your skill-level)
