They'll use people as meat shields. Besides, attacking the olympics is possibly one of the stupidest things a terrorist group could do. Every modern nation is there and if one of their people dies then that just opens doors to invasions. Also non-Asian people really stick out because everybody in east asian are short.

What is to stop terrorism from happening anywhere? Ultimately, nothing. Hopefully it will be prevented by the security forces, but as long as there are people who think terrorism is a legitimate tactic to further their goals, then there will be nothing that can really stop terrorists from doing what they want.
