We'd still die from that same meteor that hit the dino's because first they got hit. Second, all the dust from the meteor surrounded earth for a couple of years, making most plants die out from hardly any oxygen and light, and from inhaling bad air. They died a slow and painful death.

Even if this is real, NASA would have better data in time and probably technology to throw the meteor off course if need be. Think guys 4% chance of hitting then if not 1 in 45,000. To me those are good odds. Besides if all else fails(read bold part).
