But yeah, I've heard that cheese is the biggest problem with restaurants lately. A buddy of mine works at a sub/pizza place, and his boss gave him strict regulations on how much to use. STRICT.
I guess the company (its a chain) looses X million dollars a year on cheese (I was thinking 6, but I don't remember)
