He worked at Cryptic at the time and we met playing through another game, when he found out I was a star trek fan, he got me into the Alpha and I loved testing the game and new content every chance I got =D

I've been playing star trek online regularly since 06/19/2017. Prior to that I played the beta, and had another account somewhere around 2012 but lost access to the email from switching providers, didn't have much on it so it wasn't much of a loss.

So I joined the day before the second anniversary. I levelled a character quickly to earn an Odyssey but didn't think to roll a klingon and earn the klingon equivalent. C'est la vie.

I started playing not long after the fleet system was introduced, and our still very active fleet was founded in 2013. Love STO and love the community we have there. Both myself and strike force delta 1 will be around until the lights go dark

I've been playing for 8 years. I played Champions Online first, back when they were both owned by Atari. I think I got a trial from Cryptic and then bought the deluxe edition on Steam. I followed with a lifetime sub soon after.

I did start out right at the beginning when it was Sub to play, but took a couple of years off and hearing that it went F2P i jumped back in, Im in a great fleet with lots of active members so its never a dull moment. I log in almost daily to try and do my T6 reps.. nearly there.. and to play a few pvps.
