“World of Kung Fu” Begins Hosting a Series of Regularly Scheduled Live In-Game Events.
[Shanghai, June 18th, 2008] – World of Kung Fu, the 3D martial arts MMORPG from VestGame Entertainment, now has regularly scheduled in-game events. These events take the form of special quests and other activities given out by the Town Crier in the city of Liuhe. Every day he will offer players a different activity, according to a fixed schedule. These events allow players to participate in special quests and get fantastic rewards while fostering the spirit of community within the game. Prizes include experience, cash, and rare special items.
Here are the details:
Mondays – The Grand Feast:
Quest – Help the Town Crier find ingredients for the Grand Feast. Partake and receive special buffs, experience and cash. 7:30pm to 8:30pm EDT.
Tuesdays – The Ancient Scores:
Quest – Find the ancient musical score and a suitable instrument to play. A very rewarding experience! 7:30pm to 8:30pm EDT.
Wednesdays – The Lord of War:
Mission – Find mineral splinters that can be used for weapon and armor forging. Prizes include rare, highly refined weapons and armor. 7:30pm to 8:30pm EDT.
Thursdays – Brainstorm:
Activity – Test your knowledge of the Olympic Games in this “Trivial Pursuit” type game. Rewards are based on the number of correct answers. 7:30pm to 8:30pm EDT
Fridays – Endless Hell:
Mission – Sometimes major achievements require major sacrifice. Gather up your courage, team up with other players, and fight different bosses from the game for major rewards. 7:30pm to 8:30pm EDT.
Saturday/Sunday – The King of Kung Fu:
Arena Combat – Test your Kung Fu skills against bosses and other players. Prizes include special high level weaponry. 8:00pm to 9:00pm EDT.
