Larian Studios is proud to announce a wealth of content updates to be patched into the PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One copies of Divinity: Original Sin 2 over the coming year. This will be done in conjunction with Fools Theory and Anshar Studios. They point out that these Gift Bags that are coming cost no money, and differ from Loot Boxes. “Not to be mistaken for Loot Boxes (which are hard, ostensibly containing loot), Gift Bags are soft, and contain gifts”. These will periodically be patched into each platform.
Gift Bag #1 released today and has new faces, hairstyles and facial features in the Character Creation suite so that players next re-roll will look fresh and new. Gift Bag #2 will add features and content inspired by the Divinity: Original Sin 2 modding community.The other Gift Bag contents will be announced at a later date.
